During the process of introducing New Work in a company and the process of establishing a New Work culture, situations that require professional, external support may arise between executives, employees or within teams. As a form of solution-oriented consulting, coaching can be useful in this context. Coaching is customized to individual needs and helps improve professional situations and the organisation of role conflicts under challenging conditions. By empowering self-reflection and self-awareness, coaching is also a goal-oriented tool to optimize the joint development of the organization, teams and employees in a changing environment. Leaders and employees thus remain motivated and committed to their work. They actively and autonomously shape, change and meet challenges with less skepticism, solution-focused and open-minded.

Neutral mediators create a framework through which the involved parties can engage in constructive dialogue, listen to each other again, and learn to understand each other’s positions and needs. Thus it is possible to find a solution that takes into account the interests of all.
