Understanding people – actively shaping the future of your working environments

In our workingwell academy, we impart practice-oriented knowledge, build important competencies and provide practical guidance on topics such as new work, remote working and home office within the framework of coaching and training. Our mediators accompany organizations in the resolution of professional conflict issues.

Our offer is aimed at:

  • CEOs
  • HR and personnel managers
  • Real estate managers
  • Service providers who want to advise their clients more comprehensively on planning new working environments

We enable people not only to discover the new work environment, but to actively shape it and make it work for them. In this way, they become active innovators in a rapidly changing environment. The growing importance of topics such as mental health and psychological safety is also reflected in the further development of our programs. We promote creativity and communication, strengthen existing resources and create a change of perspective. In this way, we create an appreciative interaction and bring people together.

The team of our academy consists of qualified trainers, coaches and mediators. As new work consultants with many years of experience, they combine theory with practice in their trainings and are always up to date.

Our Coachings

During the process of introducing New Work in a company and the process of establishing a New Work culture, situations that require professional, external support may arise between executives, employees or within teams. As a form of solution-oriented consulting, coaching can be useful in this context. Coaching is customized to individual needs and helps improve professional situations and the organisation of role conflicts under challenging conditions. By empowering self-reflection and self-awareness, coaching is also a goal-oriented tool to optimize the joint development of the organization, teams and employees in a changing environment. Leaders and employees thus remain motivated and committed to their work. They actively and autonomously shape, change and meet challenges with less skepticism, solution-focused and open-minded.

Our coaches offer their expertise for executives in:

  • Solving leadership issues and clarifying roles in leadership situations
  • Assessing personal situations and development opportunities
  • Finding active solutions in the change process
  • Stress management and burn-out prevention
  • Dealing with and managing conflicts
  • Other individual professional topics

Our coaches are happy to assist teams with the following topics:

  • Shaping team dynamics in the transformation process
  • Reflection on teamwork
  • Development of a joint team culture
  • Implementing team development processes
  • Dealing with long-term organizational stress or burn-out topics
  • Other team-specific work-related topics

Our Mediations

Conflict situations are often perceived as unpleasant or threatening. At the same time, conflicts can hardly be avoided in interpersonal relationships, (co-)living or working. The important question is the attitude that is taken toward conflicts. Because: Conflicts can be an opportunity for the development of relationships if they are dealt with constructively.

Mediation is a helpful method to support dealing with conflicts through a structured process. In complex situations, it enables parties to find a mutually agreeable solution. Neutral mediators create a framework through which the involved parties can engage in constructive dialogue, listen to each other again, and learn to understand each other’s positions and needs. Thus it is possible to find a solution that takes into account the interests of all.

Our mediators support organizations in:

  • Supporting conflicts in work environments
  • resolving team conflicts or conflicts between organizational structures
  • Handling intercultural conflicts
  • Dealing with conflicts within family businesses
  • Other individual conflicts in work environments

»My biggest take away from the new work workshop at the workingwell academy is that change always starts in the head- it’s a mindset thing. Those who stick to their set frames of reference limit themselves in their personal development and ultimately miss the exit that leads them to the future.»
