Within workingwell it is also the people who make the difference. With many years of project experience and expertise, our architects, interior designers and communication experts work closely together on complex tasks. Our creative team welcomes the opportunity to face new challenges with unusual methods and new approaches.
Innovative thinker. Wild ideas are constantly circling in Igor's thoughts. Designing rooms – to him that means surprising and offering unprecedented. Because, as Confucius said, "standing still is a step backwards". But creatives also have to organize themselves from time to time, for many little inspirations to become a big, ingenious image. And if you think Igor loves designer appetizers and fusion cuisine – you will surely be surprised by schnitzel with potato salad on his plate.
Triathlete. Movement and endurance – that's Silvia's strength. Whether it’s on the racing bike or, while running or juggling debit and credit. Silvia loves the rough north and the cosmopolitanism of Hamburg. But of course, also the south with her self-chosen home of Munich. Sometimes here, sometimes there – Silvia appreciates spontaneity and freedom. But only if she can return to her safe haven at any time. Because green kale with sausages she enjoys with preference at home, surrounded by her loved ones.
A yogi and a foodie; health and wellbeing – those are her passions. No wonder then that she radiates energy, positively infecting the ones around her. She works wherever it feels right, pausing for a quick cobra pose when she can, and is often with a green smoothie in hand. Work-life-flow: Damaris is the living example. And our clients? They feel inspired by her vision of a healthy working environment.
People person. The happiness of people is close to Sophie's heart. And the big question of purpose and fulfilment occupies her professionally and privately. That is why Sophie likes to unpack her camera and capture places and emotions. It quickly becomes clear: our world needs protection. That's why Sophie's reusable bag contains only fair trade and second-hand goods. The only exception is when traveling: 50 countries until she turns 31 - that is her goal. Logical – because how can you understand the world if you have not seen it?
Allrounder with depth. Judith is flexible and versatile. She loves exotic countries and the local mountains at home. She likes the summer, but also the winter. Professionally: structure, planning and pragmatism are her strengths, privately is where she likes to let herself drift. When it comes to people, her point of view is clear: nobody must be ignored, fairness is her rule! Retreating is not Judith's thing. Unless, when she is drawn into her backyard workshop for creative work.
Jack of all trades. Whether it’s tapping beer behind the bar in an Irish Pub or sketching away at the drawing table in an architectural office – Wanda’s talents are as versatile as they come. One more reason why she is your go-to-woman, when things go south. With a razor-sharp mind and just the right amount of coolness, she tackles every task that comes her way. And when her batteries need recharging, Wanda simply follows the sound of silence to the coast of Norway. Or she enjoys the comfort of family, friends and good food back home on the Swabian Alb.
A mediator by passion. Minka has no love for unanswered questions: she challenges, discusses and motivates- until the last drop of information is revealed and everyone is completely satisfied. In all she does, she brings generous amounts of sensitivity and finesse. And if she’s in need of motivation herself? Then you’ll find her in one of Cologne’s many courtyard flea markets, soaking up the relaxed atmosphere.
Purist with poetry. Opposites seem to magically attract Julian. For example, the harmonious juxtaposition of old and new or the perfect staging of different styles. But above all, he loves people with exciting stories and out-of-the-box thoughts. That's why the best way for him to relax is during a poetry slam or daydreaming about a big garden, growing vegetables and BBQ parties with friends. With self-harvested potato salad, obviously.
Pragmatist with a sense of humour. The deadline is in danger and the budget at its limit? No need to panic for Stephan. Because he has understood that strength is rooted in calmness. That's why Stephan prefers to tackle things cleverly instead of complaining. The architecture is Stephan's passion and the beauty of the facades is his fascination. At home Stephan is the contractor himself. His motto: experiment and never take yourself too seriously.
Seeker of meaning. Yonne is looking for answers – whether it’s in the buzzing megacities of this world or during quiet reflection along the Way of St. James. There’s one place he’s already found true enlightenment: Architecture. Space shapes people and people shape space- no doubt about it. That leaves only the fundamental questions of our existence for him to tackle. Here (head)space and lively discussions are key – preferably in church on Sundays and sometimes even gathered around a campfire in the wilderness of the Amazon.
Future researcher. What was yesterday and what's coming tomorrow? Cynthia is curious. She wants to understand motivations, explore trends, and help shape innovations. And for that, she has to get right into the middle of the dazzling life. Browse flea markets, observe in cafés, or expand her horizon while hopping galleries. Cynthia is truly a humanitarian – but nothing can conquer her heart as quickly as an irresistible dog's gaze.
Creator. From head, to paper…to hand. Creativity is within Rachel's nature. The interaction of design, architecture, and psychology – that has always been her passion. And her ever-present question about the effect of space on people is what drives her. Creating stimulation or offering relaxation? Celebrating design or prioritising function? The Berliner-by-choice is certain: only the right balance creates well-being and satisfaction.
Idealist! Environmental pollution and exploitation of natural resources and human beings? Not if Friederike has a say. Her mission: "Making the world a better place." Obviously, that also includes the world of work. Creating the right environment for motivated, engaged and productive employees, that’s what she’s committed to. Always with the right dose of tenacity, an abundance of passion and above all an interest in and intuition for individual stories. After all, people are her priority - on and off work. Because if you want to change the world, it all boils down to one ingredient: a strong community.
Self-made designer. Whether it’s an unconventional spatial design or a crochet teddy bear for her children: Betty’s designs are the perfect blend of pragmatism and attention for the special. Does it have to be aesthetically pleasing and trendy? Obviously. But functionality always has top priority, as does having a sense for customer needs. She wants them to feel comfortable in their new space, after all. Speaking of comfortable: Betty herself feels best surrounded by the sound of music – both in her local choir or when receiving a special birthday serenade in the midst of the Oktoberfest crowd.
A creative mind: from designing websites to refreshing the house when it’s in need of a new coat of paint. Sitting around patiently waiting for good ideas to pop by? Not an option for Martina. She’d rather take matters (or paint brushes and spray cans) into her own hands and let her artistic impulses run free. A creative crisis in sight? Then it’s time for singing and dancing, and if nothing else will help, the soothing purring of her tomcat Charles probably will.
Idea-juggler by nature. Looking for a boost of innovation and current Zeitgeist? Best ask Carina. She knows what's hot and happening in design, culture and human development. That’s why she likes to leave her comfort zone, roaming the streets and galleries, and networking with those who inspire her. After all, her vision is, ”Making the difference“. And that she does, when she spoils family and friends with her legendary breakfast delicacies in the weekend.
Our analyst. Numbers and data are his field of expertise. He knows how to extract meaning from even the smallest piece of information. And when Andreas dives away into his think tank, he’ll certainly resurface with a dazzling idea. That’s when the man of numbers turns into a genius explorer. Through this he enthuses those around him – never putting himself in the spotlight but always moving others with his heart and soul.
Bon vivant. But always with a clear conscience. Vegetarian, organic and fair trade – that’s her standard. To Tanja, the most sustainable of all is the power of words . And so she celebrates them: in illustrious company at the Italian around the corner or completely relaxed with the Sunday newspaper on the couch. And at workingwell? There's a lot to say and do. After all, words are not actions.
Detail lover. Dusty Rose, or Toffee Taupe? Chunky Knit or panne velvet? These are questions that move Stefanie. Because: the art lies in the detail. She describes herself as a sustainable designer with common sense. Taste is simply in Stefanie's genes. Because even as a wannabe gourmet chef she sometimes can't make up her mind: Turmeric or rose petal salt? Only one thing helps: try it!
Peacemaker. Positive thinking, responsible action and appreciative cooperation - that is Sabrina's formula for a better world. And of course, the right words - because they create connection and have healing powers. Sabrina really gets into her flow in the free nature. So, if you go on a mental journey with her, you can be sure that it goes high up. According to the motto: It is not the mountain we conquer, but our own self.
A perfectionist with heart and soul. Lost all perspective? No need to worry – Antonia will bring light into the darkness. She carefully plans and structures until the very last “T” has been crossed and the final “I” has been dotted. That's how she gets wild ideas turned into fool proof concepts. Her soft spot for good design isn’t a secret – but only if it’s pure. True to the motto, “Form follows function”: After all, everything is better if it has purpose.
Realistic optimist. Anything is possible – otherwise, it will be made possible. This is Monika's life mantra. Numbers are her daily business routine – and there she's not so generous. Accuracy, rules and structure are required here. A contradiction, or rather a useful addition? Well – Monika is not so easy to put in a drawer. Based in Munich with Portuguese roots, only sometimes she is typical German.
A true bookworm. Eco or Shakespeare? In this case, that’s not the question. The more than 890 literary works on her shelf tell their own story: Chiara loves to collect thoughts, words and ideas. Even if it’s slightly eclectic, complex or controversial. She doesn’t like to be pinned down. After all, change is her subject of expertise. Only when it comes to her happy place, she’s not afraid to settle for one genre: a faraway place, the endless waters of the ocean and plenty of reading material, of course.
A people-person through and through. Whether it’s with family, friends or colleagues – being together is what makes life worth living for Axel. Skiing or cycling in the Bavarian mountains are his sources of energy. That’s when the do-er turns into a visionary. And the moment a new plan has been made? Time to roll up your sleeves and get started.
A true Explorer. With a backpack and compass in hand she’s always ready for the next adventure – whether it’s in Nepal, Cameroon or Finland. But Katharina wants more than to just see the world. Instead she immerses herself into local culture and seeks to walk in the footsteps of the people that live there. It seems vocation rather than vacation. Because even in her job she searches for what really makes people happy. And for that Katharina relies on her pedagogical sensitivity. Or she employs systematic analysis to turn data chaos into useful information. A moment of rest in the evening? Forget about it. That’s when the party really starts.
Health Activist. Blue spirulina, hemp seeds and kale – that's Lena's foodie world. And her message to all doubters: healthy eating makes you fit – body AND mind. She herself is the best proof of that! Because with lots of energy and a crystal-clear eye for the essentials, Lena transforms interested followers into enthusiastic customers. And her love of perfection – she likes to forget it while sipping a Tinto de Verano on one of the many rooftop terraces in her hometown of Madrid.
Design. That's Britta’s calling. If she isn’t busy giving our clients a new look, you’ll surely find her out and about searching for the latest trends and inspiration. Looking for something courageous and extravagant? Or rather stylish and casual? No problem at all. But only if there’s a clear strategy: Britta doesn’t like wasting time. After all, her motto is, ”Design doesn’t have to please – design has to fit.”
Organisational miracle. Julia has everything under control - whether it's planning a client event or making our workingwell candidates feel at home. Among other crucial topics, the native Swabian does not lose sight of the business finances. An exception to this rule may be when she’s taking a stroll through the city center of Stuttgart. It’s here that she just might be persuaded by the latest fashion novelty. Although it might not fit the budget, it promises just enough happiness to allow for the financial rules to be bent.
Networker with lion heart. The journey is the destination – with this life motto in her luggage, Carolina has come a long way: born in Mexico City, studied in Chemnitz, landed in Berlin. One thing has always been essential: openness. And with sun in her heart, creativity in her blood and a lot of understanding for almost every individual, Carolina creates unique connections. Her personal recipe for happiness requires only a few ingredients: homemade enchiladas, live music and colorful friends from all over the world.
Summit stormer. When the mountain calls, Sandra can’t be far. Because Austria is her home and her great love. Up on the trekking bike and preferably high up. This is the only way for Sandra to clear her head. Because managing challenging projects – that's where she is unbeatable. And whoever thinks they know her well - far from it. When Sandra leaves the rough mountain world behind, she looks for the glamour of belle époque and azulejos. Porto – this is her happy spot and just the right place for a new designer dress.
Minimalist. Possession makes unfree. That could be Johanna's mantra. Because she prefers to give, rather than take. Commitment to people in need – that is a matter of course for her. But still Johanna possesses a lot: a huge heart, tons of creativity and a penchant for perfectionism. Not to forget: her funny side. As an absolute child magnet, she easily gets into captivity.
Builder. Whether it's a new home for happy employees or a hotel for “worker bees”, Volker's considerable collection of tools and experience enables a sustainable way of life. The beauty of nature inspires him while the balmy August evenings in his Franconian home town make him happy. The world is a menu – which Volker likes to integrate into his kitchen. From Nasi Goreng and New York Style Cheese Cake, mixed together with family and Sixties Soul on the record player – that is the sound of pure “joie de vivre”.
