Nora Aust

Nora Aust

New Work Culture

Munich

Forest fairy. Green, green, and green are her favourite colours. Whether at home in her urban jungle or deep in the undergrowth of a fantasy novel: Nora feels in her element. Little wonder – because New Zealand is her second home. But anyone who thinks that Nora's heart only beats for plants is very much mistaken. Because she’s also devoted to listening. So, if you’re looking for a good conversation partner, you might find Nora at an international music festival or enjoying the veggie option at her local burger bar.

Fabian Baum

Fabian Baum

New Work Culture

Cologne

Peacemaker. Not only growling four-legged friends can be tamed by Fabian. As a mediator and coach, he resolves conflicts, creates agreement, and gets stuck in motion. Empathy, appreciation, and social commitment – these are his success factors for a huge circle of friends. But in his home kitchen Fabian likes to fight - for animal welfare and sustainability. Because that is non-negotiable for him.

Igor Bialorucki

Igor Bialorucki

Planning & Design

Warsaw

Innovative thinker. Wild ideas are constantly circling in Igor's thoughts. Designing rooms – to him that means surprising and offering unprecedented. Because, as Confucius said, "standing still is a step backwards". But creatives also have to organize themselves from time to time, so that many little inspirations become a big, ingenious image. And if you think Igor loves designer appetizers and fusion cuisine – you will surely be surprised by schnitzel with potato salad on his plate.

Sina Bruebach-Schlickum

Sina Bruebach-Schlickum

New Work Analysis & Research

Munich

Multitasker. Structuring data, managing children, organizing her own coworking space. Sina could do it all blindfolded. Because she believes in the power of good time management. And just the right amount of pragmatism – after all, there’s more value in doing than in saying after all. That makes it easy to imagine that her favorite sport is biathlon. Ambition? A part of Sina’s DNA. Always true to the motto: "if you say can't, you just don't really want to". In her volunteer work, she takes care of real sports talents and, every once in a while, also of the first ladies of this world.

Luana Buffara

Luana Buffara

Planning & Design

Munich

Identity builder. As an architect, Luana loves when everything has meaning and purpose, and the design is very Corporate. As a New York lover, however, she knows that only unpredictability creates true authenticity, because unusual things are often what inspire us. Luana’s trademark? The Brazilian joy of life. And this is lived out – preferably with lots of friends, delicious brigadeiros and first-class cafezinho. But to recharge her batteries, Luana has to get out in the nature – because only here everything is guaranteed to be in perfect harmony.

Moritz Burgkardt

Moritz Burgkardt

Project Management

Munich

Wave rider. Quiet and relaxed, but also outrageous and wild. This is the way Moritz loves life. So, it's no surprise he occasionally flees the city. To Cap Ferret or Puerto Escondido - always in search of the perfect wave. When his desk calls with projects that need structure and logic, Moritz surfs through the facts and figures with ease. And when things get turbulent – he plays right along with his heavy metal band. Or takes time out to enjoy an evening with good friends, soul food and the Beach Boys on the turntable.

Juliane Busch

Juliane Busch

Project Management

Munich

Team Captain. Juliane tackles it. With the right mix of pragmatism and tact, of course. In this way, she organizes every project unpretentiously, no matter how demanding. Because Juliane doesn't necessarily need the big stage – her goal is simply success. And elbows – she doesn't know them. Because her readiness to helf others and acceptance are her means. Only in her favorite city and second home, sometimes it's time to fight through. Because the desired view from the London Eye can occasionally require physical effort.

Julia Dalalau

Julia Dalalau

Finance & HR

Munich

Organisational miracle. Julia has everything under control - whether it's planning a client event or making our workingwell candidates feel at home. Among other crucial topics, the native Swabian does not lose sight of the business finances. An exception to this rule may be when she’s taking a stroll through the city center of Stuttgart. It’s here that she just might be persuaded by the latest fashion novelty. Although it might not fit the budget, it promises just enough happiness to allow for the financial rules to be bent.

Damaris Dargel

Damaris Dargel

Workplace Strategy & Wellbeing

Munich

A yogi and a foodie; health and wellbeing – those are her passions. No wonder then that she radiates energy, positively infecting the ones around her. She works wherever it feels right, pausing for a quick cobra pose when she can, and is often with a green smoothie in hand. Work-life-flow: Damaris is the living example. And our clients? They feel inspired by her vision of a healthy working environment.

Hana Duchonova

Hana Duchonova

New Work Culture

Munich

Bloodhound. In her childhood, master detectives were her heroes. And today - Hana likes to chase the truth herself. No matter where thoughts and desires choose to hide. As a change expert, she will find them. As a friend, you will discover she has true empathy. Hana is always there for anyone in need of consolation. Once she understands the situation – it's just a matter of baking. A giant cake or chocolate cookies. Sweet tooth, that's what they call her. But there’s a lot more than that to Hana: multilingual, inquisitive, and analytical, she has what it takes to solve even the trickiest case.

Judith Durst

Judith Durst

Planning & Design

Munich

Allrounder with depth. Judith is flexible and versatile. She loves exotic countries and the local mountains at home. She likes the summer, but also the winter. Professionally: structure, planning and pragmatism are her strengths, privately is where she likes to let herself drift. When it comes to people, her point of view is clear: nobody must be ignored, fairness is her rule! Retreating is not Judith's thing. Unless she is drawn into her backyard workshop for creative work.

Wanda Filarowski

Wanda Filarowski

Planning & Design

Trondheim

Jack of all trades. Whether it’s tapping beer behind the bar in an Irish Pub or sketching away at the drawing table in an architectural office – Wanda’s talents are as versatile as they come. One more reason why she is your go-to-woman, when things go south. With a razor-sharp mind and just the right amount of coolness, she tackles every task that comes her way. And when her batteries need recharging, Wanda simply follows the sound of silence to the coast of Norway. Or she enjoys the comfort of family, friends and good food back home on the Swabian Alb.

Minka Frackenpohl

Minka Frackenpohl

Workplace Strategy & Change Management

Cologne

A mediator by passion. Minka has no love for unanswered questions: she challenges, discusses and motivates- until the last drop of information is revealed and everyone is completely satisfied. In all she does, she brings generous amounts of sensitivity and finesse. And if she’s in need of motivation herself? Then you’ll find her in one of Cologne’s many courtyard flea markets, soaking up the relaxed atmosphere.

Stephan Haberfelner

Stephan Haberfelner

Planning & Design

Munich

Pragmatist with a sense of humour. The deadline is in danger and the budget at its limit? No need to panic for Stephan. Because he has understood that strength is rooted in calmness. That's why Stephan prefers to tackle things cleverly instead of complaining. The architecture is Stephan's passion and the beauty of the facades is his fascination. At home Stephan is the contractor himself. His motto: experiment and never take yourself too seriously.

Cornelia Harlinghausen

Cornelia Harlinghausen

People & Culture

Munich

Queen of hearts. You just have to love Conny. Because making others happy - that's her business. As a Feel Good Manager, Conny has an easy job: her laughter alone puts people in a good mood and her enthusiasm is infectious. Her motto is quite simple: "With small deeds, create big effects." From Mannheim to New York to Munich - that was Conny's path. And she feels right at home in the mountains. But when freedom calls, the camper is packed and then only one person is happy: Conny.

Verena Hikel

Verena Hikel

New Work Culture

Munich

Aesthete. Epicurean in perfection – that's how Verena could be described. Because she simply cannot escape the beautiful things in life. With argus eye and sharpened senses – this is how Verena surfs stylishly through life. As a change expert and coach, she has the systemic glasses on and thus keeps an eye on the big picture. Perseverance is her strength and if you want to convince Verena, you must provide evidence. As a plant mom and sushi queen, Verena likes to turn a blind eye, because she knows that imperfection makes things special.

Rachel Hollnack

Rachel Hollnack

Planning & Design

Berlin

Creator. From head, to paper…to hand. Creativity is within Rachel's nature. The interaction of design, architecture, and psychology – that has always been her passion. And her ever-present question about the effect of space on people is what drives her. Creating stimulation or offering relaxation? Celebrating design or prioritising function? The Berliner-by-choice is certain: only the right balance creates well-being and satisfaction.

Bettina Kayl

Bettina Kayl

Workplace Strategy & Design

Munich

Self-made designer. Whether it’s an unconventional spatial design or a crochet teddy bear for her children: Betty’s designs are the perfect blend of pragmatism and attention for the special. Does it have to be aesthetically pleasing and trendy? Obviously. But functionality always has top priority, as does having a sense for customer needs. She wants them to feel comfortable in their new space, after all. Speaking of comfortable: Betty herself feels best surrounded by the sound of music – both in her local choir or when receiving a special birthday serenade in the midst of the Oktoberfest crowd.

Sandra Kissling

Sandra Kissling

Workplace Strategy & Project Management

Munich

Summit stormer. When the mountain calls, Sandra can’t be far. Because Austria is her home and her great love. Up on the trekking bike and preferably high up. This is the only way for Sandra to clear her head. Because managing challenging projects – that's where she is unbeatable. And whoever thinks they know her well - far from it. When Sandra leaves the rough mountain world behind, she looks for the glamour of belle époque and azulejos. Porto – this is her happy spot and just the right place for a new designer dress.

Vera Klabunde

Vera Klabunde

Planning & Design

Munich

Time traveller. Berlin is her hometown. Rosenheim is just a stopover, and the rest of the world is her place of longing. The feeling of wanting to travel and explore new places is a permanent condition for Vera. Good that the Camper is ready to go – at any time. If it wasn’t for her dream job: Planning buildings, decorating rooms and staging light. She loves to lend a hand herself and it easily happens, that she forgets her surroundings while doing this. Once the hard work is done, she beams herself to an unknown place. Preferably with a surfboard, snowboard or riding helmet by her side- you never know where you will end up.

Carina de Lange

Carina de Lange

Workplace Strategy & Change Management

Munich

Idea-juggler by nature. Looking for a boost of innovation and current Zeitgeist? Best ask Carina. She knows what's hot and happening in design, culture and human development. That’s why she likes to leave her comfort zone, roaming the streets and galleries, and networking with those who inspire her. After all, her vision is, ”Making the difference“. And that she does, when she spoils family and friends with her legendary breakfast delicacies in the weekend.

Tanja von Loringhoven

Tanja von Loringhoven

Marketing & PR

Munich

Bon vivant. But always with a clear conscience. Vegetarian, organic and fair trade – that’s her standard. To Tanja, the most sustainable of all is the power of words . And so she celebrates them: in illustrious company at the Italian around the corner or completely relaxed with the Sunday newspaper on the couch. And at workingwell? There's a lot to say and do. After all, words are not actions.

Kay Mantzel

Kay Mantzel

New Work Project Management

Munich

Decision maker. Paradise is just a state of mind. And the great happiness usually lies in oneself – Kay is absolutely sure of that. Big tasks are a pure pleasure for him. With a mathematical mind, a lot of tolerance and big stories in his baggage, Kay never torches for long. Making decisions and finding compromises – that's his thing. Hamburg or Munich? North Sea or mountains? If that's the question, Kay simply chooses the Oregon coast. Because here not only mountain meets sea and craft meets beer. Here, especially American football runs in a continuous loop.

Juliana Milla

Juliana Milla

Marketing & Communications

Cologne

Cosmopolitan. Juliana describes herself as a "traveller between the worlds". Because Cologne is her hometown, but her culture has many roots. Her recipe for success: she simply takes the best of everything. And so Juliana mixes flashy "Jecken" with spicy curry and melancholic Fado. And along the way, of course, she indulges her love of the written word - from Pessoa to Hesse, it's all there. But her greatest fulfillment Juliana finds at home, as a hostess for friends and family. Or in far away countries at a street art shoot and on the eternal search for a work by the great unknown Banksy.

Sabrina Müller-Plotnikow

Sabrina Müller-Plotnikow

Change Management

Cologne

Peacemaker. Positive thinking, responsible action and appreciative cooperation - that is Sabrina's formula for a better world. And of course, the right words - because they create connection and have healing powers. Sabrina really gets into her flow in the free nature. So, if you go on a mental journey with her, you can be sure that it goes high up. According to the motto: It is not the mountain we conquer, but our own self.

Shisira Nambiar

Shisira Nambiar

Workplace Strategy & Design

Berlin

Artist. Change begins inside. Shisira is quite sure of that. And so, she likes to carry thoughts and wishes to the outside. Preferably on the canvas or the laptop screen. Because Shisira loves design – and music. Preferably Indie rock from "Agam" to techno from "Meute." Imperfect perfectionist and Jack of all Trades, that's how she likes to describe herself. But even a Shisira sometimes needs a break – preferably high up on the mountain, where only clouds inspire her mind.

Antonia Neumann

Antonia Neumann

Workplace Strategy & Project Management

Munich

A perfectionist with heart and soul. Lost all perspective? No need to worry – Antonia will bring light into the darkness. She carefully plans and structures until the very last “T” has been crossed and the final “I” has been dotted. That's how she gets wild ideas turned into fool proof concepts. Her soft spot for good design isn’t a secret – but only if it’s pure. True to the motto, “Form follows function”: After all, everything is better, if it has purpose.

Mayumi Peters

Mayumi Peters

Training & Coaching

Cologne

Chameleon. Diversity – that is Mayumi's trademark. Because two cultures shape her life. Sometimes she is "typically German" – determined and efficient. But in the next moment, the Japanese Ikigai can gain the upper hand. Then Mayumi needs a sense of purpose and pure joy of life. And that is what she also conveys as a coach. As a trainer, she enjoys teaching intercultural communication. Because for Mayumi, one thing is certain – in a diverse community, you have to understand each other. Just like the people in her favourite place: Colombia's port city of Santa Marta.

Chiara Polverini

Chiara Polverini

People & Culture

Munich

A true bookworm. Eco or Shakespeare? In this case, that’s not the question. The more than 890 literary works on her shelf tell their own story: Chiara loves to collect thoughts, words and ideas. Even if it’s slightly eclectic, complex or controversial. She doesn’t like to be pinned down. After all, change is her subject of expertise. Only when it comes to her happy place, she’s not afraid to settle for one genre: a faraway place, the endless waters of the ocean and plenty of reading material, of course.

Axel Praus

Axel Praus

Managing Director

Munich

A people-person through and through. Whether it’s with family, friends or colleagues – being together is what makes life worth living for Axel. Skiing or cycling in the Bavarian mountains are his sources of energy. That’s when the doer turns into a visionary. And the moment a new plan has been made? Time to roll up your sleeves and get started.

Lina Qarain Saloani

Lina Qarain Saloani

New Work Project Management

Munich

Pirate. For Lina there’s a bright future ahead – if not as a star architect, then certainly out on the high seas. Because Lina has the license to fight, literally – whether it’s with a bow, a sword or a pistol. But no reason to fear – most of the time she is quite tame, more mermaid than pirate. The ocean is her true comfort zone. The perfect place to go kayaking, snorkeling, or just to ponder life. And if there is no water in sight, then it's time to hop on her bike and cycle through Berlin. Maybe to a live concert or to the watch exchange. After all, beautiful watches are Lina's favorite bounty.
