Derrick Bock

Derrick Bock

Regional Lead Berlin

Network-Junky with a vision. With a Bagel in hand, best when they’re fresh from his hometown in New Jersey, he is ready to tackle even the biggest of challenges. In his home of choice, Berlin, he juggles large-scale projects with ease, implements sustainable strategies and makes sure New Work becomes a reality. Travel is his passion and he knows the golf courses of this world like the back of his hand. But there are only three ingredients Derrick really needs to be in his sweet-spot: family, friends and a big bowl of Lucky Charms.

Damaris Dargel

Damaris Dargel

Workplace Strategy & Wellbeing

A yogi and a foodie; health and wellbeing – those are her passions. No wonder then that she radiates energy, positively infecting the ones around her. She works wherever it feels right, pausing for a quick cobra pose when she can, and is often with a green smoothie in hand. Work-life-flow: Damaris is the living example. And our clients? They feel inspired by her vision of a healthy working environment.

Sophie de Cillia

Sophie de Cillia

Change Management

People person. The happiness of people is close to Sophie's heart. And the big question of purpose and fulfilment occupies her professionally and privately. That is why Sophie likes to unpack her camera and capture places and emotions. It quickly becomes clear: our world needs protection. That's why Sophie's reusable bag contains only fair trade and second-hand goods. The only exception is when traveling: 50 countries until she turns 31 - that is her goal. Logical – because how can you understand the world if you have not seen it?

Judith Durst

Judith Durst

Planning & Design

Allrounder with depth. Judith is flexible and versatile. She loves exotic countries and the local mountains at home. She likes the summer, but also the winter. Professionally: structure, planning and pragmatism are her strengths, privately is where she likes to let herself drift. When it comes to people, her point of view is clear: nobody must be ignored, fairness is her rule! Retreating is not Judith's thing. Unless, when she is drawn into her backyard workshop for creative work.

Wanda Filarowski

Wanda Filarowski

Planning & Design

Jack of all trades. Whether it’s tapping beer behind the bar in an Irish Pub or sketching away at the drawing table in an architectural office – Wanda’s talents are as versatile as they come. One more reason why she is your go-to-woman, when things go south. With a razor-sharp mind and just the right amount of coolness, she tackles every task that comes her way. And when her batteries need recharging, Wanda simply follows the sound of silence to the coast of Norway. Or she enjoys the comfort of family, friends and good food back home on the Swabian Alb.

Minka Frackenpohl

Minka Frackenpohl

Workplace Strategy & Change Management

A mediator by passion. Minka has no love for unanswered questions: she challenges, discusses and motivates- until the last drop of information is revealed and everyone is completely satisfied. In all she does, she brings generous amounts of sensitivity and finesse. And if she’s in need of motivation herself? Then you’ll find her in one of Cologne’s many courtyard flea markets, soaking up the relaxed atmosphere.

Julian Geier

Julian Geier

Planning & Design

Purist meet poet. Opposites seem to magically attract Julian. For example, the harmonious juxtaposition of old and new or the perfect staging of different styles. But above all, he loves people with exciting stories and out-of-the-box thoughts. That's why the best way for him to relax is during a poetry slam or daydreaming about a big garden, growing vegetables and BBQ parties with friends. With self-harvested potato salad, obviously.

Yonne-Luca Hack

Yonne-Luca Hack

Planning & Design

Seeker of meaning. Yonne is looking for answers – whether it’s in the buzzing megacities of this world or during quiet reflection along the Way of St. James. There’s one place he’s already found true enlightenment: Architecture. Space shapes people and people shape space- no doubt about it. That leaves only the fundamental questions of our existence for him to tackle. Here (head)space and lively discussions are key – preferably in church on Sundays and sometimes even gathered around a campfire in the wilderness of the Amazon.

Rachel Hollnack

Rachel Hollnack

Planning & Design

Creator. From head, to paper…to hand. Creativity is within Rachel's nature. The interaction of design, architecture, and psychology – that has always been her passion. And her ever-present question about the effect of space on people is what drives her. Creating stimulation or offering relaxation? Celebrating design or prioritising function? The Berliner-by-choice is certain: only the right balance creates well-being and satisfaction.

Friederike Horlacher

Friederike Horlacher

Change Management

Idealist! Environmental pollution and exploitation of natural resources and human beings? Not if Friederike has a say. Her mission: "Making the world a better place." Obviously, that also includes the world of work. Creating the right environment for motivated, engaged and productive employees, that’s what she’s committed to. Always with the right dose of tenacity, an abundance of passion and above all an interest in and intuition for individual stories. After all, people are her priority - on and off work. Because if you want to change the world, it all boils down to one ingredient: a strong community.

Bettina Kayl

Bettina Kayl

Workplace Strategy & Design

Self-made designer. Whether it’s an unconventional spatial design or a crochet teddy bear for her children: Betty’s designs are the perfect blend of pragmatism and attention for detail. Does it have to be aesthetically pleasing and trendy? Obviously. But functionality always has top priority, as does having a sense for customer needs. She wants them to feel comfortable in their new space, after all. Speaking of comfortable: Betty herself feels best surrounded by the sound of music – both in her local choir or when receiving a special birthday serenade in the midst of the Oktoberfest crowd.

Martina Körle

Martina Körle

Graphic Design

A creative mind: from designing websites to refreshing the house when it’s in need of a new coat of paint. Sitting around patiently waiting for a good ideas to pop by? Not an option for Martina. She’d rather take matters (or paint brushes and spray cans) into her own hands and let her artistic impulses run free. A creative crisis in sight? Then it’s time for singing and dancing, and if nothing else will help, the soothing purring of her tomcat Charles probably will.

Carina de Lange

Carina de Lange

Workplace Strategy & Change Management

Idea-juggler by nature. Looking for a boost of innovation and current Zeitgeist? Best ask Carina. She knows what's hot and happening in design, culture and human development. That’s why she likes to leave her comfort zone, roaming the streets and galleries, and networking with those who inspire her. After all, her vision is, ”Making the difference“. And that she does, when she spoils family and friends with her legendary breakfast delicacies in the weekend.

Andreas Langmack

Andreas Langmack

Workplace Design & Research

Our analyst. Numbers and data are his field of expertise. He knows how to extract meaning from even the smallest piece of information. And when Andreas dives away into his think tank, he’ll certainly resurface with a dazzling idea. That’s when the man of numbers turns into a genius explorer. Through this he enthuses those around them – never putting himself in the spotlight but always moving others with his heart and soul.

Sabrina Lorenz

Sabrina Lorenz

Change Management

Wonder woman! When Sabrina tackles something, it is full steam ahead where ideas are immediately put into action. To this day her former Café Lotti is an ongoing success, where Sabrina was instrumental in defining the design as well as the holistic customer and employee experience. With change comes opportunity, and she is now applying her hard earned experience and knowledge in the world of work. When looking for fresh and new impulses, Sabrina can be found in her vintage VW bus, exploring the wild romantic coast of England.

Tanja von Loringhoven

Tanja von Loringhoven

Marketing & PR

Bon vivant. But always with a clear conscience. Vegetarian, organic and fair trade – that’s her standard. To Tanja, the most sustainable of all is the power of words . And so she celebrates them: in illustrious company at the Italian around the corner or completely relaxed with the Sunday newspaper on the couch. And at workingwell? There's a lot to say and do. After all, words are not actions.

Boris Martin

Boris Martin

Workplace Technology

A chameleon. Technology expert, sports scientist, personal trainer and hobby philosopher. You just can’t put Boris into one box. Connecting his talents for maximum impact is what he does best. Suddenly technology has meaning, project management is done with a sporty twist and clients get personal, no, professional training. But at home – that’s where he doesn’t need to prove anything. There, funny faces and gripping bedtime stories provide plenty of excitement.

Antonia Neumann

Antonia Neumann

Workplace Strategy & Project Management

A perfectionist with heart and soul. Lost all perspective? No need to worry – Antonia will bring light into the darkness. She carefully plans and structures until the very last “T” has been crossed and the final “I” has been dotted. That's how she gets wild ideas turned into fool proof concepts. Her soft spot for good design isn’t a secret – but only if it’s pure. True to the motto, “Form follows function”: After all, everything is better if it has purpose.

Ilka von Platen

Ilka von Platen

Workplace Strategy & Change Management

Profound. Ilka brings light into the darkness, especially when it comes to people and cultures. She thrives on diving into the depths of understanding diverse human needs. At the end of the day, she wants to know what really moves people and it is this which gives meaning to her work. He favourite ways to take time out for herself are to get lost in her beloved Canadian wilderness “away from it all” or to get equally lost in a foreign land on one of her many travel adventures.

Chiara Polverini

Chiara Polverini

Change Management

A true bookworm. Eco or Shakespeare? In this case, that’s not the question. The more than 890 literary works on her shelf tell their own story: Chiara loves to collect thoughts, words and ideas. Even if it’s slightly eclectic, complex or controversial. She doesn’t like to be pinned down. After all, change is her subject of expertise. Only when it comes to her happy place, she’s not afraid to settle for one genre: a faraway place, the endless waters of the ocean and plenty of reading material, of course.

Axel Praus

Axel Praus

Managing Director

A people-person through and through. Whether it’s with family, friends or colleagues – being together is what makes life worth living for Axel. Skiing or cycling in the Bavarian mountains are his sources of energy. That’s when the do-er turns into a visionary. And the moment a new plan has been made? Time to roll up your sleeves and get started.

Katharina Rehberger

Katharina Rehberger

Change Management

A true Explorer. With a backpack and compass in hand she’s always ready for the next adventure – whether it’s in Nepal, Cameroon or Finland. But Katharina wants more than to just see the world. Instead she immerses herself into local culture and seeks to walk in the footsteps of the people that live there. It’s seems vocation rather than vacation. Because even in her job she searches for what really makes people happy. And for that Katharina relies on her pedagogical sensitivity. Or she employs systematic analysis to turn data chaos into useful information. A moment of rest in the evening? Forget about it. That’s when the party really starts.

Britta Schiede

Britta Schiede

Workplace Strategy & Design

Design. That's Britta’s calling. If she isn’t busy giving our clients a new look, you’ll surely find her out and about searching for the latest trends and inspiration. Looking for something courageous and extravagant? Or rather stylish and casual? No problem at all. But only if there’s a clear strategy: Britta doesn’t like wasting time. After all, her motto is, ”Design doesn’t have to please – design has to fit.”

Julia Schreckenberger

Julia Schreckenberger

Finance & HR

Organisational miracle. Julia has everything under control - whether it's planning a client event or making our workingwell candidates feel at home. Among other crucial topics, the native Swabian does not lose sight of the business finances. An exception to this rule may be when she’s taking a stroll through the city center of Stuttgart. It’s here that she just might be persuaded by the latest fashion novelty. Although it might not fit the budget, it promises just enough happiness to allow for the financial rules to be bent.

Volker Zwanziger

Volker Zwanziger

Architecture & Strategy

Builder. Whether it's a new home for happy employees or a hotel for “worker bees”, Volker's considerable collection of tools and experience enables a sustainable way of life. The beauty of nature inspires him while the balmy August evenings in his Franconian home town make him happy. The world is a menu – which Volker likes to integrate into his kitchen. From Nasi Goreng and New York Style Cheese Cake, mixed together with family and Sixties Soul on the record player – that is the sound of pure “joie de vivre”.
