Train the Trainer: accompany change competently. 

The success of a company’s change processes depends to a large extent on the culture that is brought to life by the people in the company. Our train-the-trainer concept equips your employees with the necessary skills to successfully accompany change management for a workplace project in your company.

The past one and a half years of the pandemic have shown how quickly changes (have to) happen in order to survive in the market and at the same time to set the right course for the future. The great art is to initiate and accompany change – and to do so in such a way that it is seen as an opportunity and not as a burden. Our training offer is aimed at all executives, project managers, personnel developers, HR business experts and internal trainers who are involved in change projects in their organization or who would like to initiate and accompany them.

Training objectives

  • As a change facilitator, you will learn how change projects can develop their full potential through intensive change support.

  • You will learn about the phases of a change process and become fit for the next change.

  • You will sharpen your awareness of the goals and relevant factors of successful change support.

  • You will learn how to involve ambassadors/multipliers in a targeted way.

  • As a trained change facilitator, you will receive an overview of the 5 'must-have' change interventions.

  • You will learn the most important tools and methods per intervention.

  • As a change facilitator you will be able to develop the right skills to make an application of the methods successful.

  • You will receive an implementation guide for your own project support ('Change Support Playbook').

Your training options

BLENDED LEARNING: Upskilling Change Management

In our blended learning journey, we playfully combine digital self-learning elements with (virtual) live sessions in which we respond to individual learning experiences and further development requests. Through the possibility of independent control of the self-learning elements and through the individual organisation of the learning times, we guarantee a learning experience adapted to the requirements of the modern work situation. 

Duration: approx. 8 hours in presence, 2 hours self-learning 

Participants: approx. 10-12 persons

COMPANY TRAINING: Upskilling Change Management

For all those who prefer face-to-face training with the whole team, we currently offer our training units as virtual zoom training. We are also happy to train you and your team at your company or at one of our inspiring training locations. These training options not only offer a good opportunity to gain a common understanding, but also to strengthen team cohesion at the same time.
