Nowadays, home office and thus hybrid working in teams has become an elementary part of the work of modern and sustainable organisations. A mix of office and home office work chosen by the employees themselves will determine our working world in the future and become a permanent part of the corporate culture. 

One thing is certain: hybrid collaboration is not a foregone conclusion. Therefore: Actively shaping the future of hybrid collaboration now will grant you sustainable success. 

Whenever we learn something new or get involved in changed ways of working and thus also overwrite old habits and behaviours, we need time – and know-how. New tools and working environments support us in trying out new things and getting used to change in the long term. Old routines are replaced and a new work culture can grow. 

The training is aimed at employees, managers and project managers who work in or manage hybrid teams in their organisation. For HR developers, HR business partners and internal trainers who need to enable teams to work together effectively.

Your training options


In our blended learning journey, we playfully combine digital self-learning elements with (virtual) live sessions in which we respond to individual learning experiences and further development requests. Through the possibility of independent control of the self-learning elements and through the individual organisation of the learning times, we guarantee a learning experience adapted to the requirements of the modern work situation.

For all those who prefer face-to-face training with the whole team, we currently offer our training units as virtual zoom training. We are also happy to train you and your team at your company or at one of our inspiring training locations.
