A new working world that reflects the spirit and innovative character of the Munich-based media company – this is what the new office campus on the ProSiebenSat.1 company premises should fulfil. With a higher efficiency, more flexibility and agility, as well as a consistent brand image, the company wants to increase productivity and employee satisfaction in the long term.

In order to better understand important aspects such as working methods, mobility, company culture and employee satisfaction and to identify requirements, needs and wishes, we carried out a comprehensive work-place analysis with representative units. The space utilization study and an online survey provided meaningful information on the development of the concept. The area and space program we developed, which outlines the different ways of working and mobility of the company, now serves as the basis for different pilot projects of ProSiebenSat.1.

In the pilot project of the Corporate Procurement & Real Estate unit, the employees were actively involved in the development process of their area. Working closely with users, we developed a concept that allows for a good balance between interaction and concentration. The open space is intended to support encounter and exchange, but at the same time also provide sufficient retreat areas. The design concept is characterized by a mix of natural materials and strong color accents, creating a feel-good character and identity.
