We are happy to announce that Friederike Horlacher is supporting our team in the field of change management since August. With her background in organisational and social psychology, she has a special sense for the needs of companies and employees in the change process.
With this ability, she accompanies our customers in the realization of their workplace projects. Friederike focus on changing work environments into meaningful forms of collaboration. With her ability to recognize people’s needs and translate them into targeted requirements, she generated already the organisation and strategic development of start-up companies such as “ROCK YOUR COMPANY!” and NGO Bridging Gaps successfully. Friederike has psychological methodological knowledge and works voluntarily as a coach to support start-up founders in social settings.
