Company Trainings

Our company trainings are aimed at groups and teams within companies that want to build up specific knowledge about the topic of "New Work". In a wide range of training courses, we share our holistic understand of New Work, taking into consideration spatial, cultural, technological and service-oriented aspects. Additionally, we provide participants with useful tools and inspiring insights into industry best practices. A modular approach allows you and your team to build up basic knowledge, deepen existing expertise or acquire specialist knowledge - the choice is yours.

In order to better understand your training needs, we like to carry out a comprehensive needs-analysis at the beginning of every project. Understanding your starting point, goals and desired outcomes, allows us to design a training program that fits your individual needs, mixing and matching the content available in our modular training catalogue. As our Focus Modules require basic knowledge in the field of New Work, we recommend all participants to start with our Basic Training. As mentioned above, our training offer follows a modular principle. That’s why trainings generally consist of the Basic Training followed by one or more selected Focus Modules and completed by a Specialty Training. We are happy to train you in your own space or at one of our inspiring locations close to you.
